1.When did you start playing hockey? 3 years old.
2. Greatest hockey achievement? Winning the scoring title in Division I world championship for Holland in 2006.
3.Pre-game ritual/superstitions? I always put all the left side of my equipment on first then put all my right side of equipment

14.Crazyiest thing you ever done? My buddy had an old cowboy boot that has been worn for centuries and used it to pure beer in it, which I had to drink from it.
