1.When did you start playing hockey? 3 years old.
2. Greatest hockey achievement? Winning the scoring title in Division I world championship for Holland in 2006.
 3.Pre-game ritual/superstitions? I always put all the left side of my equipment on first then put all my right side of equipment

5.What animal would you be and why? A big sea turtle, because of the three “c” cool, calm and collective
6.What is your biggest fear? A plane crash
7.If you could travel to any place in the world, where would you go? Columbia, South America
8.Most embarrassing moment? Rooming with Ben “red” Maher for the Sydney weekend
9.What the first thing you think of when you wake up? Beer or food

11.What is currently playing non-stop on your IPod? Led Zeppelin, “Over the Hills” and “Far Away”
12.What would you grab if your place were on fire? Wild Turkey (liquor) and Stevie (my Australian kitten)

My buddy had an old cowboy boot that has been worn for centuries and used it to pure beer in it, which I had to drink from it.
