The Lizard Insider
At the start of the 2008 Blue Tongues season the Blue Tongues Supporters Club put together a series of short videos called "The Lizard Insider". The Lizard Insider, is a joint production between the Gold Coast Blue Tongues and the Lizard Insider, the team's supporters club. Produced by Sam Hansen and hosted by Sasky Stewart, the internet based show endevours to present an inside look at the Blue Tongues with interviews, game footage and information you won't find anywhere else. As well as providing an insiders looks, the show will help keep fans connected with the team throughout the season, during away stretches and gameless periods as well as introducing fans to the rest of the league and its players.
Episode 1: Lizard Insider takes a look at the team's new home, Gold Coast Iceland as well as look in on the team's practice with new coach Kevin Sands.
Episode 2: We sit down with Mike Gough, who recently won gold with Australia at the Division IIB World Championships in Newcastle, Australia. Episode 3: Blue Tongues forwards, Reg Thomas and Chris Kerr talk about the Blue tongues, the season so far and future direction of the Blue Tongues. We also talk to Chris Kerr about his new role Captain of the team. |
